This is a review of Wendy’s flat fee listing service. I started the process on Wendy’s website and was immediately sent a very organized, thorough list of instructions to list my property. Wendy was immediately available the next day to help walk me through next steps and provide helpful and needed advice. I was very impressed with her knowledge and so appreciated her being so proactive to get my listing up in a jiffy. 5 stars!
